David Allen
Professional Real Estate Appraiser for many years and in 1984 he started Building and Developing Residential Communities throughout the Richmond area. David won several Homearama awards including Best in Price Class, Best Kitchen and Best Decorated residential Home. Remodeling experience includes Room Additions, Garages and Porches.
David Hazlett
David M. Hazlett has been in Remodeling, New Home Construction and Repair since 1982.
Having a Degree in Architecture from Humber College, Toronto Canada. He has specialized in Historical Renovations, Restorations and Design and is adept at Handicap Accessibility in Additions and New Home Construction. He has won Awards in the Richmond Parade of Homes to include, Best Custom Millwork and Trim. David has a Class A Contractors License and is well respected by his peers.
